Upon receipt of your order, your shipment will be processed directly within 1-2 days on business days. The delivery time for individual extraordinary products you can see directly at the product in the product description.<\/p>\n

When you expect to receive your entire order depends on the product with the longest delivery time. If, through no fault of our own, we are unable to deliver the ordered goods because a supplier fails to fulfill its contractual obligations, we may cancel the order. We will of course inform you about it immediately.<\/p>\n

So you can choose between delivery on another day or a drop-off at your doorstep, at a neighbor’s or even to a parcel station of your choice.<\/p>\n

Post<\/strong>: Unfortunately not possible at the moment.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”What packaging material do you use for shipping?” tab_id=”mit-welchem-verpackungsmaterial-versendet-ihr”][vc_column_text]We have built a great network with surrounding stores from which we source much of our packaging 2nd hand that would otherwise be discarded after one use. These cartons are sometimes already held together by plastic tape, which we leave on for the sake of sustainability, as we would have to cover the carton with new paper tape as a replacement.<\/p>\n

Otherwise, all our packaging material is 100% plastic-free. We ship with paper and carton. Partly made of grass paper, fully recycled or even with already used cardboard that we save from shredding – in the sense of sustainability – because we find that especially packaging boxes are far too often disposed of after a single use. Part of our cartons is already completely without tape – for the rest: our tape is made of paper. The adhesive is made of natural rubber, has a strong adhesive effect and is completely vegan because it does not contain casein at all.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Can I return my purchased product because I don’t want it after all or I don’t like it?” tab_id=”kann-ich-mein-gekauftes-produkt-zurueckgeben”][vc_column_text]You have a right of withdrawal for 14 days.
